General Terms and Conditions for User/ Customer

§1 Shop-Portal
YoungSlips.de (com) is a portal at which vendors (hereinafter referred to as partner) offer goods that in turn can be purchased by customers. No goods are offered directly or indirectly by YoungSlips.de and for this reason there is no partnership between YoungSlips.de and customers concerning the purchase contract between partner and customer. For the same reason fulfilment of purchase contract take place exclusively between partner and customer.

YoungSlips.de (com) solely provides the technical platform for presentation, communication, ordering and settlement for offered goods. YoungSlips.de (com) guarantees transaction if payment is done through the use of YoungSlips.de (com) bank account.

§2 Use of the Portal
Use of the portal and extent of available functions may be restricted by YoungSlips.de (com) or can be restricted or completely unavailable by technical errors like interruption of power, hard- and softwareerrors. YoungSlips.de (com) is only liable for disturbance or loss of data concerning processing of orders if acted grossly negligent. YoungSlips.de reserves the right to exclude customers from usage of the portal and to delete orders without announcement if the customer behaved repeatedly negative (statement of incorrect data, pseudo-ordering, insults etc.). YoungSlips.de also reserves the right to sue such customers. This applies in particular for users that try to interfere the process of the system.

§3 Offers
The partner is responsible for all posted article descriptions, pictures and prices on YoungSlips.de (com). All informations about her own person or the offered articles are directly and solely posted by herself. Only the partner is liable for defects or claims that are result of misstatements.

§4 Reclamation, Complaint
For clearing up complaints or reclamation etc. the user/ customer is strongly advised to contact the partner in the first instance. Only when this action was not successful YoungSlips.de (com) is to inform. In this case YoungSlips.de (com) will try to mediate between both parties but will not take on responsibility or liability for claims that are asserted against the partner. Partners that are reported in such a way repeatedly will be excluded from the system.

§5 Jurisdiction
Usage of this portal and the Terms and Conditions of YoungSlips.de (com) shall be governed by German law. The place of jurisdiction for any and all disputes which arise either directly or indirectly by usage of the portal and this Terms and Conditions shall be Bremen (germany) exclusively.

§6 Changes of Terms and Conditions, Salvatory Clause         
YoungSlips.de reserves the right to change the Terms and Conditions at any time without giving reasons.

YoungSlips.de will point the Terms and Condition out to the customer with each order. The customer has to accept these.

In the event that these Terms and Conditions is void in part or contain a gap, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not thereby be affected.

Should any part of this agreement be invalid or incomplete for any reason, it is to be replaced with a corresponding text, which is valid and equivalent to the intended meaning.

In the following, we would like to inform you what kind of personal information you will have to provide and how it will be registered on YoungSlips.de (com) as well as in which manner this data will be processed. We recommend to check the indications of data protection frequently as there could be changes from time to time.

We try to provide most of our services as an anonymous usage. Personal data will be made use of only with your agreement. At any time you will have the possibility to delete your personal data. Without your acceptance no personal data will be published or given to a second person, except when we are legally obliged to do so.

For an order it is compulsory to give name, surname, address, email ID and order details.

Or else if you don’t wish to use a specific service any longer you can delete you data. Only for our paid services your data will be saved over a longer period (until payment is valid).
